ADVANTAGES
Air Separators remove the free air and microbubbles in the system. The cartridge of the
air separator is made from copper mesh which creates a still area, causing the smallest
microbubbles to rise. The air collects at the top of the air chamber and then is released
from automatic air vent which will reduce pressure drop in the air separator. Floating dirt
can be removed via the scum valve. CIRCULATOR
INSTALLATION
The device must be installed at the hottest point in the heating system. The installation
should be in the outlet pipe of the boiler. The higher temperature ,the more easily
microbubbles rise. The air releases are based on Henry’s Law, which states the air is
released from the water as the temperature increases or the pressure decreases.
